Open Question: HP Photosmart Plus All-in-One B210 series Photo Paper Tray problem?

Tyler W Member since:September 29, 2009Total points:480 (Level 2)My Printer is acting up, I am trying to print out a photo useing the HP Advanced Photo Glossy Paper 4x6 that came with the printer. I put the paper in correctly, I set everything as it should be in print settings, but when I try to print it moves the inside paper tray back and forth once, then says "Re-insert or lower the Photo Tray." what can I do? I've googled everything I can think of to try to find a troubleshoot, I have completely reset the printer, I have tried to prop up the Photo Paper but nothing works? Or is there a special way to Re-insert or lower the Photo Tray that it just won't tell me? Please help! :(Answer QuestionBe the first to answer this question.
