hit the delete key to go into bios and in the tools select load defaults
MAKE SUE your PNP is set to yes for your OS and if 64bit OS..

if your download the updates flash bios if needed can do in the same tools window.

if it doesn't boot still even in safe mode you may have damage somewhere
