Open Question: DirectX 9 Graphic Adapter help?

So a few months back I got a new hard drive for my laptop because the other one crashed. Now when I try downloading my Sims games it says it needs directX 9.0c compatible adaptors? I played Sims frequently on my old hard drive and had no problem. I also used to have Windows XP on my old hard drive but on my new hard drive I have Windows Vista.

I did the DXDIAG thing and here are my results:
