Open Question: What is a good Dell Laptop? (At least $699.99)?

I have seen the deal from dell that if you buy a computer that is at least 699, you get a free xbox 360. So i really want to take advantage of this deal. My budget is anywhere between about 699 and maybe tops i would pay 800 probably. Give or take a bit. So about the laptop i have now, It is a Prescario CQ62 and these are the specs of it http://i56. tinypic.com/2ljrk83.png (remove the space) I hate it because it is very slow. I dont know much about processors but something makes this computer just awful. It literally has 100% CPU usage at nearly all times. It also gets EXTREMELY hot. Like to the point where it could probably burn me. And the fan is extremely loud. So I guess i will list things of importance for me in order. Most important on top.
- Fast speeds and ability to run many things at once without being slow.
- Screen size of at least 15.6 inches
- Good screen (just something that makes pictures/videos look good)
- Battery life barely matters. It will be plugged in almost always
- Webcam/Mic
- Wont burn me
- Reasonable for gaming (Dont need a gaming machine so thats not too important.)
- Around at least 3 USB ports
- Hopefully an SD card slot
Well these are things i need in my Laptop. If an answerer has any suggestions on what else i should get in the computer, please include. A link to your answer would be great, so i can see where it is and what i like.dislike about it. If necessary, please do not hesitate to E-mail me so we can converse about it.
