Open Question: my laptop has been updated with x64-based system but today pandora radio told me I only have 28 whats the prob?

I have a Toshiba C655, windows 7. I have listened to pandora streaming radio on and off and there were times when a error popped up that stated it needed a x64-based system and I only had 32 now its saying I only have 28 and it has stopped playing, but I have updates as follows: Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2541014)
