Open Question: Is my motherboard short circuited?

Andy R Member since:March 23, 2008Total points:100 (Level 1)I bought a case, switched everything over and hooked up everything correctly but nothing turns on. I should mention that when I screwd in the motherboard I only put 4 screws in, and forgot to put in the standoff screws under it. But all the times I tried to turn it on there was no smoke spark or anything. Do those screws matter much? How can I test the motherboard to see it its broken now?Answer Question
