Okay, so I was thinking about upgrading my video card (and possibly my motherboard, but I'll talk about that soon) from an HD 6870 to a GTX 580, but would that be okay considering I am running all amd?

I have a Phenom II X6 1055T Processor, and a crossfire dedicated motherboard. Sorry if this is a stupid question, I just don't want to take a risk.

P.S. I was also thinking of upgrading my motherboard, as well, to an ASUS SABERTOOTH P67 LGA 1155 SATA Motherboard, but I'm not sure if it will work with my CPU, lol, I just want to know what connections my CPU, GPU, and Board have to have in common. Ty.
