Open Question: Laptop keeps crashing?

Starsupo... Member since:April 12, 2011Total points:109 (Level 1)my laptop is only about 5-6 months old and it is an dell inspiron N5010. Ive searched it several times with avg and other anti virus software but it still crashes. This only hapans when ever i download something. Does not matter what either like minecraft still crashes so if anyone can tell me whats going on i will give the best answer five starsAnswer QuestionBe the first to answer this question.
