Kari Member since:May 03, 2011Total points:141 (Level 1)I have a Dell Inspirion 530S comp. with a Cyber link Power DVD/CD-rom. I am running Windows Vista Service Pack 2. Comp will play DVDs and the Original Comp disks that came with it. When I place a Music or Game Disk in the drive It is not recognized AT ALL . If I access the comp file and click on the Drive it says nothing is there and pops open the door and tells me to insert a disk. The comp WILL play music discs if I open them with Windows Media Player but drive Still says nothing is there.
I have tried removing and re-installing the drive in control panel-system, still same problem.Answer QuestionBe the first to answer this question.
