Open Question: If rubbed or wet from sweat, can inkjet ink come off of Sticker Printer Paper?

Yes. Inkjet ink is water soluble.
The solution is to print the stickers, then cover them with a clear plastic adhesive sheet. That will protect them from water and light scratches.
