Open Question: how do i make my windows smaller?

Member since:August 16, 2010Total points:35 (Level 1)im trying to deactivate the speech recognition and the apply and ok button is been hidden because the screen is too small, ive moved the task bar to the side and it is still being hidden, one of my friends has the same laptop as me and her windows are smaller than mine and they fit onto the screen so you can see the whole of the window but she doesnt know how it is like that because thats just how it came, we have the same operating system (windows 7 starter). i dont need aby help on the speech recognition bit but just on the windows fitting onto the screen bit.
