Open Question: What is a good cheap gaming laptop?
But as for your question, your ideals are strikingly high. Putting cheap aswell as wow on max settings with no lag is kind of a tough demand.
Your best bet for not having much lag and still staying thrifty is a custom laptop. If you are playing games such as wow, you will need a video card with atleast 1gb. Go for a harddrive with about 640gb at 7200rpm. The reduced memory(as opposed to 750gb) is still plenty, but will save you a few bucks, even though you can still keep 7200rpm so it will run fast enough to have little lag. You are also going to want atleast a quad-core proccessor. A hexcore would be better (obviously), but since you are on a budget, you can probably make due with a quad core. *DO NOT by any means get some crappy athlon 2 dual core or phenom dual core4 proccessor, you will regret this for gaming. Also, since your on a budget, just opt for a smaller screen, itll save you some money.
You should be able to find these requirements in a laptop for under $800 easily. The only difficulty is honestly finding a cheap laptop that has a quad core proccessor(with out you installing one yourself). I reccommend you just go here: http://www.shopping.hp.com/webapp/shoppi…
Hp makes some okay laptops, and those are all customizable ones. You can probably deal with the dual core procccessors ther put in those, as they arent nearly as bad as some junky athlon2. Still though, quad-core+ is where its at.
Best wishes
