So here is a little background on the computer. I got it from a friend and it had come with Windows 7. The thing is it came with Vista before. So I reloaded vista. When I did that i starting getting this error that comes up every time I turn on the computer and it gets by the Toshiba start-up screen. it is a Toshiba Satellite A215-S4757 - 2GB DDR RAM - Turion 64 X2 mobile technology 1.8 GHz - 250 GB HDD ------

I have run memory, video, motherboard, pci slot, hard drive, and many other tests. Any help would be great. This is the first problem that has stumped me cold.
