Open Question: Is it possible to take info from one hard drive, and have the documents show up on another without a flash?

Is there a way to take the documents/pictures from that laptop that doesnt work, and have it show up on a different computer or monitor?Edit: All the laptop does is start, then blink blue and yellow.
