you can still install but when it comes to the product key you might want to call Microsoft and be-sure you have the recite for proof that you paid for the cd so that you can get a new key (info at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/811224 )

also you do not want to go off cracking it because that is illegal and youd have a better time paying again then having to worry about someone finding out and reporting you to the police or fbi

also there are programs that can find the product key in the cd but i am not sure of how legal that is...
