Open Question: HP CP1515n no paper pickup?

I keep getting this error and i don't know what's wrong.. is there something stuck inside? and what? i tried opening the back tray there's no paper stuck?..

Hie I had the same problem for some time. But what I did was very simple and the error goes away. this what i did
Open the tray number 2 while open press ok, the ok button should respond and it will display initialising close the tray 2.
after that it was back to normal
