Open Question: How do I get my built in webcam to work?

Caitlin Rush Member since:May 22, 2011Total points:96 (Level 1)I have a HP Laptop with a built in web cam - I cannot locate the webcam on my computer menu and I have used the HP Help and Support but its as though my computer itself doesn't even know it has a webcam on it but I am able to find it in the Device Manager but you cant open it like a program. People have been saying you can find it on the Quick Play key but my laptop doesn't seem to have one. How can I get my web cam to open so it will work??
