Open Question: CD/DVD drive is not reading disk properly what should I do?

apple free1 Member since:April 08, 2009Total points:334 (Level 2)So I bought the C&C first decade from Good will and when I tried to load it the disk spins then stops then spins then stops for a couple of minutes and refuses to read the disk. It reads other disks just fine so I know its not completely broken. Any advice would help. BTW I don't want to manually take out the disk drive as the computer is my parents and I am not allowed to.i just found out that it can read other CDs just not DVDs and it is a DVD/CD player so it should be able to read them.36 minutes agoAnswer Question
