Luigio Member since:November 27, 2010Total points:155 (Level 1)I wanted to know because i cant start up my computer ( blue screen appears before the log in) and i can only start it up if i go on safe mode. I tried system restore but then that didn't fix it. So i was thinking of doing a clean install of OS. I tried it on safe mode but then it wouldn't allow. So i was thinking of probably reformatting my hard drive and then installing from the usb OR install/boot with the usb and install OS on another HDD and then reformat the original HDD. Would thatAnswer QuestionBe the first to answer this question.
