im using windows xp 32bit im thinking of upgrading to windows 7 but some people said windows 7 will drop your gaming fps but some says it will increase

im playing nba 2k11 (60-67FPS) MAX SETTINGS
Do you think this will drop when i upgrade to windows 7 32bit?

my specs..

Intel Dual Core E5200 (2.5GHZ)
GTS 450 (1GB) DDR5
3GB of Ram
20" LED MONITOR (1600x900)
