Open Question: Why does my computer tell me I have a multi processor kernel at bootup?

I enabled a diagnostic screen at bootup which tells me a bit of information about my operating system. It tells me I have a multi processor kernel. As far as I know, my computer only has one processor. Does this mean someone installed a rootkit on my computer?Answer QuestionBe the first to answer this question.
