I'm thinking about getting this Cheap Graphics card for my computer

I also want a low powered PCI Express card.
Here are my specs:
Processer : AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 240
Intstalled Memory : 3.00 GB (2.75 GB usable)
System type : 64-bit OS Windows 7
Model: HP slimline s5713w
I also have that sucky 6150se integrated card.
Please help me.
