Open Question: Which Laptop will good for me under Rs. 45k?

MY Specifications:
Processor : Core i5
RAM : 4 GB
Graphics Card : 1 GB
HDD : 500 GB
i got two suggestion from local store .
1. Dell INSPIRON 15R (T56116)
2. HP pavilion g6-1003 tx
both specifications are same .
i want to know some more with same specification or more specification on similar range price..
