Open Question: Someone spilled beer on my computer, and they keyboard does strange things.. Can I remap the keys?

Maybe the computer is just drunk, but on the chance this is permanent, is there a wan I can manually change what the computer understands when it gets the new input from pressing each key?Answer Question
