When I have one program open in my taskbar it stretches from the start menu button all the way to the end near the arrow. When I open more programs, they get smaller. I was wondering if I can get it back to its original button size. I've tried everything I know/

I tried unlocking it and moving the arrow towards start and locked it, and it didn't work.
maybe because I have Windows 7?
