One thing i do like about Vista and Windows 7 compared to Windows XP is that when you click on the start bar the newer versions of windows have a small search box where you can search for programs or files without using the old MY Computer/ C:/ ... method.

If you need to find something i guess try to find it using that search box, otherwise you just have to get used to the new "Customer friendly" interface of the new windows.
