I just recently bought an ATI Radeon HD 4850 from somebody on ebay, but it doesn't include the driver install disc. Is it true that i can just download the driver update off of the manufacturer's site?

Also, the seller brought up that the buyer of the item might need to get a 6 pin PCI power cable and a DVI converter. Will i need to buy either of these, and if so how would i install them?
