Press and hold the windows key and press R (like ctr-alt-del, but just the windows key which is between ctrl and alt, and the R key)
A window pops up
Type the letters CMD with no space. Just
cmd
Press enter
Type this as you see it
ipconfig /release
then type
ipconfig /renew
Your internet has been reset.
