Ian Member since:March 15, 2011Total points:21 (Level 1)i have recently bought almsot new cd of ths game from ebay//i manage to have the serial key to work on single player but when i sign up for mutiplayer it says serial key has already been regestered? if so that the previous user did play it online... how can i reset this serial so i can make a new account? so i can play online. pls help i want to play online plsAnswer Question

If it's already been registered by someone, then it's considered in use, and obviously registered. That is why you're getting the error. You need to purchase a new copy of the game and register the new serial to your account, period. You obviously can't use a serial that's already been used and registered. No other way around it. You have to buy the game new, not used.
