Yes. As it features the nVidia GTS 360M chip -- which is actually a decent laptop GPU. The Core i7 processor and 4GB DDR3 memory the laptop comes with is also great for gaming.

As far as *which* settings you'll have to run Crysis on, well, you'll just have to adjust them accordingly, until you get decent fps (at least 30fps). Crysis is pretty demanding, so my guess is that you should be able to run a mix of Medium settings at the very most. You might want to consider Crysis 2, instead, as it's not as demanding as Crysis or Warhead. It's just less demanding than Crysis 1, period. If you wanted better performance though, then consider a laptop that features the GTX 460M, or mobile HD 5870 GPU. Preferably an ASUS G series laptop.
