Open Question: 20 minutes after using internet the screen is "not responding"?

Natalie Member since:January 17, 2011Total points:307 (Level 2)When I use the internet for about 10-20 minutes, my screen turns faded white, I cannot use the internet because it becomes frozen, and the waiting sign from the mouse appears. The only thing I am left to do afterwards is shut the laptop down.What happened and how do I fix it?
This happens with both Firefox and Internet ExplorerAnswer Question
