Open Question: My lg Prime is not working properly.?

Also, when i text people it will type in letters that i am not touching and it will send and randomly go through my contacts and choose random ones. When i go to send a mulitmedia message it will take forever to send it and i will not send. It will keep saying "waiting" or "sending" However i can receive multimedia messages. I often have to keep taking the battery out because it does not work. Also, sometimes i will not receive my messages until i remove the battery and then put it back in.
