Go into bios, make sure your primary boot device is correct, then make sure your interface is correct (sata, pata, etc). if that does not work, reseat your HD (unscrew it, slide it out, slide it in). then run your hardware diagnostics on the hd and the mobo. 2000-0146 has to do with hard drive, but the test can be fooled if the bios is set to boot off the cd, usb or off a network.

try do a checkdisk /mbr or a fixboot. it is easy to do, but too long to list here. just google it and FOLLOW DIRECTIONS.
