I have a10 year old Dell Dimension B110, which im happy with except for the fact that i cant play modern games on it. This PC has an Intel chipset, which i think is probably bottom of the line.
Id like to buy a graphics card capable of running the latest games and also a controller so i dont have to use the keyboard. Would this be possible or would i also need a powerful PC with a ton of memory?

Which cards would be best, how much can i expect to pay for it, and is it easy to install?
