Go to the Asus website and find your motherboard: http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD_AM2Plus/M4A78_PLUS/#CPUS then click on CPU Support and scroll down to find your chip ( 955 ). Click on the BIOS needed (1101): http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD_AM2Plus/M4A78_PLUS/#CPUS and install. There are also instruction on how to install the BIOS and the warnings also.
