Open Question: How can I disable BIOS memory like cashing or shadowing? HELP?

gee, do you think that posting what make and model computer you have would help? There is NO way for us to know how to enter your bios. Go to your OEM and find out that the keystrokes are.

Do you think that posting the error code would help?
Do you think that an ACCURATE "descriptor" would help?
And IF you post a link, you should post one that is clickable,

OK, you have an unmounatable boot volume. That means a bad HD, a bad mobo, you need to firm up all the connections or you have a hopelessly corrupted boot sector. This is common error for people naive enough to think they are getting "free music or free movies" on the internet. KARMA.

First, reseat all your cables.
next, make sure your hd is the primary boot device. This is ALSO a big issue for people doing unsafe downloading. This may fix your issue.
If it doesn't, run the built in diagnostics on your hd and on your mobo. If either is bad, replace them. If neither is bad, run a chkdsk /mbr and try a fix boot.
there is not enough space to list here, but there are plenty of instructions online. It is EASY if you can follow directions.
