If you have a Windows CD then insert that in the CD drive & restart your PC...
On boot, either press DEL, F2, F1, F10 or F12 to get to the bios or to select a boot device.... Select the CD, or make the CD the first boot device from the bios... Save everything and restart..
The PC will ask you to press any key to start from CD.... Press a key and away you go....
