Open Question: can you connect a laptop to a desktop without the tower?

krisknit... Member since:January 27, 2008Total points:111 (Level 1)My desktop is a Dell Inspiron One and my laptop is a Dell Inspiron 1470. someone stepped on my laptop so the monitor is broken. I need to transfer my files from the laptop to an external hard drive but i cant do that without being able to see what i'm doing. thats why i need to hook it up to the desktop. Because of the way my desktop was created, it doesn't have a tower. Is there still a way i can hook it up?Answer Question
