in some instances when i boot the PC and when it is time to load the log-in screen, the PC freezes and the screen goes blank... i also noticed that our monitor goes idle(from green light to orange light)

when i reboot the PC i am given options to continue in safe mode, safe mode w/ networking, load most recent settings... and start windows normally. When safe mode is chosen it would boot and give me a chance to do a system restore, but when it did a reboot again, it goes blank again.

however in some instances i can get a chance to use the PC without going to that circumstance...

i dont know if it something with newly installed software but somebody can get me a solution?
