Nick Member since:November 07, 2008Total points:343 (Level 2)I have a Dell 924 All-in-One Printer which works great after five years. Recently I replaced the cartridges with remanufactured ones from a non-Dell supplier. They printed perfectly for three months, and then I tried to print and got a "Unsupported Cartridge" message. The computer suddenly would not recognize the non-Dell ink. I tried a couple of more times and then got the "Printer Busy" error message, and I have gotten this same message for several days now. It doesn't look like this is going to change. Any ideas for solving this? Thanks!Answer Question
