Open Question: Trouble with freezing on HBOgo?

jeph Member since:May 04, 2011Total points:95 (Level 1)When I watch episodes on HBOgo the shows freeze. Instead of loading, they give me a play button (like it's paused). When I click play, it takes it all the way back to the beginning of the episode. It usually freezes in the same spot. This happens on almost every episode. My computer is easily able to handle the download speed (minimum 3MBps, i have 6MBps). On internet explorer it's given me a "internet explorer stopped working" error when it froze once. Also, google Chrome has done similar error messages. What is the matter?Answer QuestionBe the first to answer this question.
