Open Question: Startup Repair has tried several times but still cannot determine the cause of the problem. (Windows 7)?

Here is what happened. Last night i was on a movie site when all of the sudden my Dell laptop freezes, then shuts down. Ever since then when I start the computer it says "Windows is loading files", which i have never had before. After windows finishes loading it goes right to startup repair. After startup repair scans, it says "Startup Repair cannot repair this computer automatically" It gives me the option to send information about this problem, which I have done.

I can not even get to the log in screen where i enter my password. I can get to the system recovery options window which gives the options to run startup repair, system restore, system image recovery, windows memory diagnostic, command prompt, and dell data safe restore and emergency backup. I have run system restore to one month back, that had no affect. I also ran windows memory diagnostic which said that everything was fine. What do i do?

Also, When I put in the Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit Reinstallation DVD Nothing happens.
Also I have been tapping f8, but i can not seem to get it to go into safe mode, i know how it works and all, but it just isn't working.
Help!!
