Open Question: Possible cause of BSOD with new build?
Also, are you running the latest 270.61 nVidia drivers for your GTX 560 Ti? If not, then grab them here: http://www.nvidia.com/object/win7-winvis…
EDIT: Ahh ok, 'cause I often see people on here installing 3 sticks of RAM on dual-channel boards, and it's something to facepalm at, so I assumed you were another one. Nah you're good with your RAM configuration then. You mention Corsair Vengeance. Their sets come in 9-9-9-24 2T, or 8-8-8-24 2T, so just be sure they're running at whichever timings they're supposed to. If both sets you bought have different timings, then just make sure you're on the 9-9-9-24 2T timings, and 1.5v. And make sure you're on the latest BIOS for your board. Updating the BIOS on ASUS boards is pretty simply and straightforward. Good luck.
