When i turn it on, before it goes to that screen there is an option to click f12 to select boot device. When I press f12 It shows cd, usb and usb. It does not show the option for Hdd. I sent it to futureshop and they said it was a virus. They were going to charge 100 dollars to reset computer to factory settings. Instead, i did it my self and created a windows repair disc to reset everything to factory. A few weeks after i encountered the same problem again. I immediately sent it to future shop again and after a week they said that there is nothing wrong with my computer. I take it back and then it did it again. WTF? this is very frustrating. They say its a software problem but i reset it so it cant be a software problem. It must be a hardware problem. I dont know. I need your help43 minutes ago
