I have a Thinkpad T43 and I am updating my BIOS to the latest version/upgrade. I follow the process and then I get a message that states "the system power management is disabled. the process has been canceled." So the BIOS never updates to the latest version. What should I do? What do I need to do to "enable" system power management. Steps would be great.
