Along with 256 ram in it and a new cd-rom drive in it but it won't recognize the cd-rom in bios. So i can't run linux from a cd. The bios version is a08. Was wondering if someone could help me. Id like to just beable to run linux threw the cd.The point is to get it to boot up in Linux from the CD-ROM. So i can just leave it running to view the web/check email etc. without shutting down my computer, since it doesn't have a hard drive, or i could maybe possibly use a flash drive to boot up with Linux. Then that could be substituted as a hard drive. Any ideas on how to pull this off?22 minutes ago
