Open Question: Having trouble uploading pictures?

Meg Member since:April 03, 2008Total points:18 (Level 1)I have a Sony Cyber-shot 10.1 Mega Pixels camera, and for some reason it won't upload a couple of my recent pictures. I had the USB cord connected to my camera and my computer, but instead of the usual box that pops up that allows me to import my photos, it doesn't- nothing comes up for a way to upload my pictures. Instead, my camera says, "USB Mode Connecting... Switch on [MENU]"-- OK, well I do that and get a USB Connect screen and then click on "AUTO", but it takes me back to the " USB Mode Connecting... Switch on [MENU]" screen again, and continues to do so every time I press menu. Help please?? Thanks!!Answer QuestionBe the first to answer this question.
