The ram im using is Corsair DDR2 800mhz this is the numbers on the stick VS2GB800D2

Here is my graphics card Sparkle NVIDIA GeForce 8400gs 1gb DDR3

Heres my problem

In the BIOS there is nothing about dual channel memory or single channel, just ganged and unganged. When I switch between them nothing happens. As soon as I add the 2nd stick it fails to boot saying looking for USB drive for bios at it retries. After trying 3 times it restarts again. I got it to work eventualy IDK how but after reboot WITH my graphics card in, it failed.

I read that adding a 2nd stick is simple as just adding it. And checking system properties if its being read however I cant even boot with it. Both sticks work alone, in either of the 2 ram slots.

The BIOS is up to date. And according to the power supply calculator I only need 320 watts. The system and every component is Brand new. And the PSU is ULTRA LSP 450watts.

In the bios when i look at memory z it show 2 sticks but only the first stick shows ddr2 at 800mhz or 400 somthing while the other one is jsut the kind of ram but no speeds
