depends on the game you play.
AMD Athlon II 220 is capable enough to play games. the problem is the GPU, 6150SE.
6150 SE can play games like WoW or DoTA. , you won't be able to play "higher" games like Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 on it, because 6150 is really slow and outdated.you can't even watch blu-ray (1080p)video on it!
If you want to play that heavy games or watch 1080p videos, you'll need an additional mid-range or high-end GPU, like ATI HD 5750 (US$ 110 in my country).
I use HD5750, and I can play almost every game on it. Even "heavy" games like Crysis 2 and Dragon Age 2 in hi-quality settings. It can also play 1080p videos without any flaws!
