to be honest, older cards have pretty bad scaling running triple and quad gpu's.
Never mind the heat and power draw.
I saw just sell those and get a single new card. any new card can definitely outperform those guys
but to answer your question, yes you can (if i understand your question) if your motherboard is 4 way sli compatible and your 8800Gs' have two spots for you sli bridge.
